DICE and EA are bringing Battlefield 4 to Gamescom next week, along with some new gameplay details.

According to a Tweet from the official Battlefield Twitter account, a new game mode and multiplayer map will be revealed next week at Gamescom sometime during the live-stream on Aug. 21 (next Wednesday), starting at 8:15 a.m. EDT (next Wednesday). Hosted in Germany from Aug. 21-25, Gamescom is the world’s largest gaming event. EA and DICE are just two of the many exhibitors this year, among the likes of Nintendo, Sony, Ubisoft, Activision Blizzard, Deep Silver and Square Enix.

Battlefield 4 releases on PC, 360 and PS3 on Oct. 29; next-gen versions are also in development, but no release dates have been set.
