The weapon-based fighting series Soul Calibur will get a free-to-play title for the PS3.

According to Famitsu, Namco Bandai is currently developing Soul Calibur: Lost Swords for the PS3. While there’s no release date, this will be a free-to-play digital title, joining the already free-to-play titles Tekken Revolution, Ace Combat Infinity, Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation and Ridge Racer Driftopia.

Namco Bandai will reveal more details about Soul Calibur: Lost Swords at TGS 2013.
