Skullgirls fans, get ready, as a massive 1,024 participant PC Beta tournament is about to get underway.
On Aug. 5, registration will open for an online Skullgirls PC Beta tournament, held by Lab Zero Games, Marvelous AQL and Autumn Games, where the top 20 participants will win prizes with an accumulated total of $2,000. For those who wish to participate, the Beta can be obtained by pre-ordering Skullgirls via Steam, Origin, Gamefly, or GamersGate; Destructoid, Polytron, Shacknews, Siliconera, and CheapAssGamer will also be running promotions and giveaways for “restricted-access” Beta codes; these media-outlet codes only provide access to the multiplayer modes in the Beta, and will expire upon the full game’s release, Aug. 22.
To register, use this link here; tournament entrants will need to submit their Steam user name and primary email address; registration is open between Aug. 5-9, and will close at 1,024 participants.
