Sonic the Hedgehog and classic Neo Geo titles star in two new Humble Bundles, totaling at 36 games for a minimum of $20.

To commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, Sega is partnering with gaming charity organization Humble Bundle for a two-week Sonic bundle. While the featured games are only available for Windows users, the “Sonic 25th Anniversary Bundle” includes games from each era of the blue hedgehog’s legacy. As with all Humble Bundle packages, buyers have the ability to both set their own prices, and choose how to distribute their contributions between Humble Bundle, represented charities, and the represented product provider- in this case, Sega. The titles and the minimum price tiers are as follows:

• $1 or more: Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic CD, Sonic Adventure DX – Director’s Cut

• Average or more (currently $9.15): Previously listed games plus Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic Adventure 2 + Battle DLC, Sonic 4: Episode 1, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, with more unannounced titles to come

• $10 or more: Previously listed games plus Sonic 4: Episode 2, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed + Metal Sonic/Outrun/Ryo Hazuki DLC, Sonic Generations + Casino Nights DLC, Sonic Lost World

• $35 or more: All games plus an exclusive 25th Anniversary Sonic the Hedgehog shirt

Humble Bundle is also hosting a much shorter, surprise bundle featuring Neo Geo. It ends in just 56 hours, however if Humble Bundle users act fast, they can purchase another 26 games with the “Humble Neo Geo Encore Bundle”, featuring selections from Metal Slug, Fatal Fury, Samurai Showdown, Shock Troopers, King of Fighters and more. Only one title- KOF 2002 Unlimited Match– is a Windows-exclusive purchase, however the other 25 items are available DRM-free for PC, Mac and Linux.
