
The wild madhouse of a spin-off to Ninja Gaiden, the PC version of Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is now available for pre-purchase through Steam.
Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is an upcoming hack-and-slash title from developers Team Ninja, Spark Unlimited and comcept inc. This “what-if” spin-off sequel follows the revenge tale of Yaiba Kamikaze, a drunken, trash-talking ninja previously slain by series protagonist Ryu Hayabusa, who has been resurrected through science and technology for the purpose of revenge, and discovering the source of a zombie-outbreak…Clearly, Ninja Gaiden Z is a far deviation from the serious tones of its source material.
While there will not be a physical release for the PC version, buyers can now pre-purchase Yaiba through Steam, for the current price of $47.99; the cost reverts back to $59.99 on March 21. The system requirements are nothing fierce, but the recommended specifications are listed below:

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z will release on 3/21 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC; those who pre-order either of the console versions through GameStop, will receive additional costume DLC to play as Beck from Mighty No. 9.
