The final update to Guilty Gear XX, Accent Core Plus R is coming to Steam next Tuesday.

While Guilty Gear Xrd may remain a Sony-exclusive title for now, its predecessor is coming to Steam in just a few days. Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R is the final update in the Guilty Gear XX series, following 2008’s Accent Core Plus. The title contains re-balanced gameplay mechanics, the endless “Survival” mode, “Story” modes for each character, and the original “M.O.M. – Medal of Millionares” challenge mode. The PC version will also include online multiplayer. Despite the enhanced visuals and mechanics, several classic characters are missing from the Xrd roster; with 25 characters to choose from, GGXXAC+R includes 14 additional characters not present in Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R will release for PC via Steam on 5/26. A price has not been set, however those who purchase the game will also receive the digital 24-track soundtrack.
