Konami has issued a temporary fix which may help players avoid facing corrupted save data lateĀ into The Phantom Pain.
Earlier today, Metal Gear Solid publisher Konami warned of a corrupted save-file issue with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. According to Konami’s European Twitter account, players who use Quiet as a partner in Mission 29 and Mission 42 could risk having their progress corrupted, becoming inaccessible for future play sessions:
Not all players are susceptible to the bug, however the problem is present across all platforms. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is currently available for PC, Xbox One, PS4, 360 and PS3.
