Dust off the overalls, Crash’s sister will be playable in all three games of the N. Sane Trilogy.
Sony’s former mascot finally returns for current-gen glory when Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy arrives later this month. More than a simple 1080p upscale, N. Sane Trilogy includes full remakes of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, complete with rebalanced gameplay and 4K support for compatible displays, courtesy of the PS4 Pro.
Activision and Sony announced this week that another new feature would be present in Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy– the ability to play as Coco Bandicoot. The titular mascot’s younger sister, Coco originally appears as a playable character in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, Crash: Mind over Mutant (Wii and 360 versions only), and other various spin-offs, but she’s finally come to the first two games after hacking “into the Time Twister”. Coco not only possesses a collection of original and new moves, but players are free to switch between Crash and Coco at any time in any of the three games, except for the Coco Bandicoot-specific levels in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will release exclusively for the PS4 on 6/30.
