Comcept’s Kickstarter for Mighty No. 9 refuses to slow down, as it’s now officially coming to consoles.
With 13 days still remaining, the Kickstarter for Mighty No. 9 has surpassed the $2,200,000 stretch-goal, which means that Keiji Inafune’s project will see an official release on not just PC, Mac and Linux, but now 360, PS3 and Wii U.
Mighty No. 9 is a Mega Man-inspired title from Keiji Inafune and Comcept, a studio created by former Mega Man developers. While the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter is well past the funding goal, the Shantae: Half-Genie Hero campaign still needs another $72,000 to reach its goal; an artist from Inti Creates is contributing illustrations and background imagery to both projects.
