‘Killer Is Dead’ Coming To PC This May

The latest tale from Suda51, involving assassinations, ladies, and the supernatural, will receive an updated PC version this May.

Killer Is Dead is a bizarre tale following Mondo Zappa’s descent into darkness as he completes execution contracts of the supernatural kind. From Suda51 and studio Grasshopper Manufacture, this action title for PS3 and 360 features stylized, almost noir-inspired at times, cel-shading and vibrant visuals, backed by a varied soundtrack from composer Akira Yamaoka.

While Killer Is Dead originally released as a console-exclusive back in August, PC owners will finally get to experience the wild action title this May, with Killer Is Dead: Nightmare Edition. The new version features an added “Nightmare” difficulty setting, where players will only be able to finish enemies with a headshot, Adrenaline Burst, or Dodge Burst. Along with the new difficulty setting, the PC version will also include the Smooth Operator Pack; a new Gigolo Mission featuring the sultry vampire Betty, “Episode 51”, the x-ray “Gigolo Glasses”, and extra costumes for Vivienne Squall and Mika Takekawa are included within the once pre-order exclusive package.

Killer Is Dead: Nightmare Edition will be available in both physical and digital formats, and will release on 5/9 for $20.
