Steam’s first “Anime Weekend Sale” launched earlier today, offering discounts on a variety of anime-themed fighting games, visual novels, RPG’s and free-to-play titles.
While gamers may have to venture into the recesses of the Steam catalog, Valve’s digital gaming platform offers a wide variety of anime-themed games. Very few of these are based upon actual anime or manga series, however they often posses the same visual style or story structure.
Today marked the beginning of Steam’s “Anime Weekend Sale“, which features a plethora of anime-influenced games, ranging from fighting games to visual novels, and a handful of “bullet-hell” shooters. The currently discounted games are as follows:
