Seven more characters and “assists” have been revealed for the Nitroplus cross-over fighting game Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel.
Last December, Japanese studio Nitroplus and developer Examu announced Nitroplus Blasters (or “Nitro+ Blasterz”), a new assist-character based fighting game featuring characters across the Nitroplus franchise. Players choose one character to act as their primary fighter, and additional ones to call during the match for special assist-attacks. Early release information from Japanese magazine Famitsu states every possible character combination will yield unique special attacks.
Last week’s issue of Famitsu revealed seven more characters to be featured in Nitroplus Blasters, including heroines from DYN Freaks, Expelled From Paradise, and Jingai Makyo:
Playable Characters:
- Ignis (Jingai Makyo)
- Anna (Gekko no Carnevale)
Assist Characters:
- Mitsurugi Yoshi (Phenomeno)
- Aoi Mukou (Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi)
- Angela Balza (Expelled From Paradise)
- Mugen Yoguruma (DYN Freaks)
- Althea (Hakubo no Dendoshi)
Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel is currently listed as a Japanese-exclusive, and will release in arcades sometime this year. Examu recently developed the PS3 cross-over fighting game Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match, which featured characters from various Aquaplus properties.
