The last chapter of the main God of War console trilogy is getting the HD treatment with a remastered edition for the PS4.
Sony released a new announcement trailer this weekend for God of War III Remastered, set to release for the PS4. The next-gen version will be presented in full 1080p, and features a new “photo mode” allowing players to share their epic God of War experiences online.
The award-winning God of War franchise follows the Spartan warrior Kratos on his brutal and merciless revenge quest against Zeus, the Gods of Olympus and all of their underlings. Starting on the PS2 back in 2005, the saga currently spans across seven games on four platforms [disregarding the compilation releases]- the PS2, PS3, PSP and mobile.
God of War III Remastered will release for the PS4 on 7/14.
