Nitroplus cross-over fighting game Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is leaping from arcades to Sony consoles later this year, complete with additional playable characters.
Nitroplus Blasterz (or “Blasters”) released earlier this year as a Japanese-exclusive fighting game. The assist-based Fighter includes playable characters and “assists” from various Nitroplus properties, including Phantom of Inferno, Full Metal Daemon: Muramasa, Hello World, and the Fate saga.
Falling in-line with several recent Japanese fighting games, Nitroplus Blasterz will receive a console port, due to release later this year. The console versions will have additional characters not present in the arcade release, along with Super Sonico switching from an assist to a playable character. The extra characters have not been revealed as of this time.
An official release date has not been issued, however Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is scheduled to release for the PS3 and PS4 this Winter; North American and European versions have not been confirmed.
