‘Shadow Warrior 2: Special Reserve’ Edition Announced

Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog have prepared a special Collector’s Edition for the die-hard Shadow Warrior fans.

Lo Wang and company are back for more in the recent Shadow Warrior 2 for PC; console versions are coming in early 2017, however PC players have had the luxury of shredding demonic entities across broken dimensions since early October. The critically-acclaimed sequel to the 1999 Shadow Warrior reboot features over 60 unique weapon types, and an enhanced gore system allowing players to carve up enemies however they see fit; Shadow Warrior 2 also introduces four-player co-op into the already frenzied world.

Earlier today, Shadow Warrior 2 publisher Devolver Digital and developer Flying Wild Hog announced the “Shadow Warrior 2: Special Reserve Collector’s Edition” for PC. Available exclusively through the Devolver Digital online store, this Collector’s Edition- despite arriving after the title’s official PC release- includes a physical CD/DVD with three Shadow Warrior titles (Shadow Warrior Classic Redux, Shadow Warrior (Reboot), Shadow Warrior 2), 96-page artbook, stickers, “Solid Gold” DLC weapon skins, and the complete soundtrack and DLC catalog for the included titles, all packaged inside an individually-numbered box. Those who purchase the Special Reserve Collector’s Edition will also receive a Steam Product Key immediately upon purchase alongside their physical collection; current Shadow Warrior 2 owners can purchase the special edition as an upgrade to receive all of the physical content and included DLC.

Shadow Warrior 2 is currently available for PC across Steam, GOG and the Devolver Digital store; the Special Reserve Collector’s Edition can be ordered for $59.99 through Devolver Digital.
