Limited Run Games is offering short-supply physical copies of Skullgirls for the PS4 and PS Vita.

After successes with the XBLA, PSN and PC releases, Skullgirls returned after an incredible IndieGoGo campaign with Skullgirls: 2nd Encore. This update featured six new crowdfunded characters, additional stages and music, and alternate character animations. The hand-drawn 2D Fighter finally made its way onto both the PS4 and PS Vita earlier this year, with the current-gen Sony versions adding fully-voiced Story Mode dialogue. The PS Vita and PS4 versions also support cross-play between the two devices, with the handheld version including multiplayer via Remote Play.

Skullgirls developer Lab Zero Games and Indie publisher and distributor Limited Run Games announced today that a special physical bundle is now available for pre-order, but only for the next two weeks. As with other popular Indie titles to receive physical copies from Limited Run, these editions will be in very short supply. For $74.99, interested Skullgirls fans will receive physical copies of both the PS4 and PS Vita versions, along with a special full-color manual/character-guide and a “special selection” soundtrack CD containing various songs from the game. Alternatively, both versions can be pre-ordered separately for $39.99 each.

An official release date has not been scheduled, however the Skullgirls: 2nd Encore physical bundle is expected to begin shipping in January 2017. Again, fans have until 11/14 to pre-order a copy.
