The internet may have spoiled it over the course of this morning, but yes, Battlefield is going back to the early 1900’s with Battlefield 1.
Mirror’s Edge fans have to wait a few extra months for their next mission with Faith, as DICE is moving the release date of Catalyst back a few months.
Throughout February, Battlefield 4 players will receive extra in-game items for simply playing online as part of Player Appreciation Month. PC gamers with high-end AMD Radeon cards can now push BF4‘s performance even further, as the title now features Mantle rendering support.
Battlefield 4 will receive yet another patch sometime within the final days of January/the beginning of February, along with some balance tweaks as voted upon by Battlelog users.
Battlefield 4 certainly closed 2013 on a moderately low-note, but a new patch will be arriving later this month across all platforms that should hopefully fix any lingering issues.
