Character customization is at the forefront of the latest trailer for Dead Rising 4.
Dead Rising 4 made its public debut during Microsoft’s E3 2016 conference. Despite its status as the “fourth” game in the saga, Dead Rising 4 stands as a current-gen remake of the original 2006 game, with protagonist Frank West spending his Christmas stranded at the zombie-infested Willamette Parkview Mall. The Microsoft exclusive features new areas, weapons and the brand-new EXO-Suit capable of enhancing Frank’s melee and defensive abilities.
Capcom revealed a new trailer for Dead Rising 4 exclusively through Geoff Keighley’s GameSlice TV online YouTube show. The brief trailer includes a multitude of new costumes for players to cosplay as, including another Capcom-crossover outfit- Street Fighter‘s Akuma. The aforementioned EXO-Suit and other wild makeshift vehicles and weapons have brief cameos near the end of the trailer:
Dead Rising 4 will release for the Xbox One and PC (Windows 10 Store) on 12/6. Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy and others are currently offering retailer-exclusive pre-order bonuses allowing players to unlock in-game content early.
