‘Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR-‘ Coming To PC This December

The latest chapter of the Guilty Gear saga joins Xrd -SIGN- on Steam in just two weeks.

Following its immediate predecessor Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-, developer Arc System Works announced earlier today that Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- will see an official PC release through Steam. Rumors of a PC version being in development started circulating near EVO 2016, but the title now has a release date scheduled for mid-December.

All 23 characters will be present at launch, however Arc System Works has not confirmed if the upcoming Steam release of Xrd -REVELATOR- will feature a free DLC period at launch. DLC characters Kum Haehyun and Dizzy must be purchased through Steam, though Raven can alternatively be unlocked through in-game credits acquired by completing various modes. Other DLC includes the original Elphelt Valentine costume, the complete set of extra character color palettes and character system voices. The recently added Digital Figure Mode is also included by default.

The majority of console features will appear in the PC version except for cross-platform play; the Lobby feature has also been removed, however players can still customize an avatar to free-roam in the online environment, and compete in the Rank Match and Player Match modes. The minimum system requirements are listed as follows:

    • OS: Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 (32bit/64bit)
    • Processor: Intel Core i5 @ 2.0 GHz
    • Memory: 2 GB RAM
    • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 / Radeon HD 7770 or higer
    • DirectX: Version 9.0c
    • Network: Broadband Internet connection
    • Storage: 12 GB available space

Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- will release for PC on 12/14. Steam users can’t pre-order the game, though the official Steam page is now live.
