For the Arkham Knight fans who don’t know where to spend their tax returns, Prime 1 Studio recently unveiled a new $900 Harley Quinn statue, expected to ship this Fall.
Last year, premium-level collectible manufacturer Prime 1 Studio took a bold leap into the video game world with their new series of Batman: Arkham statues and character busts. Their museum-quality collectibles include the Arkham Knight and Arkham Origins versions of Deathstroke and unmasked Bruce Wayne, along with a massive statue of the titular Arkham Knight and his variant Red Hood armor.
The unpredictable alter-ego of Dr. Harleen Quinzel, Prime 1 recently unveiled a new statue of iconic Batman villain Harley Quinn. From “Batman: The Animated Series”, to the DC Comics New 52 saga and her multiple video game appearances, Harley Quinn has sported over 10 unique outfits; the upcoming statue is based on her recent tavern “barmaid” inspired look from Batman: Arkham Knight. The statue stands approximately 30″/76cm from the base to the crest of Harley’s pigtails; each statue includes three interchangeable faces right arms to accommodate for specific weapons- a baseball bat and her trademark Jack-in-the-Box bomb. An “Exclusive Version” is also available, featuring additional Batman and Joker plush accent pieces.
The Batman: Arkham Knight Harley Quinn statue from Prime 1 Studio is expected to release in October 2016. Both the standard and Exclusive versions can be pre-ordered for $929 directly through Prime 1’s Japanese website, Sideshow Collectibles, and the Warner Bros. online store.
