The long-awaited return of Dizzy has finally come for Guilty Gear fans.

This weekend is currently playing host to the 2016 EVO fighting game tournament in Las Vegas, NV. Mortal Kombat X, Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Street Fighter V and Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- will all see their Grand Finals today, though several have already come to pass.

The Grand Finals for Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- closed moments ago with a surprise announcement from Guilty Gear Director Daisuke Ishiwatari. The winner of the Japanese-exclusive fan-poll, Dizzy finally received an official gameplay trailer at EVO 2016. As with Raven and Kum Haehyun, Dizzy will be free for a limited time upon release- tomorrow for both the PS3 and PS4 versions of Xrd -REVELATOR-.

Partnered with Dizzy’s release date announcement, Ishiwatari also confirmed that a new balance update will release today, and additional DLC will come on a later date, featuring a “Digital Figure Mode” and Elphelt’s original costume from Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-.

Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- is available for both the PS3 and PS4.
