Whether it’s by accident or by through an epic journey, at some point most players of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will come come across the massive Shrine of Azura. Standing several meters tall, the “Mother of the Rose”, “Anticipation of Sotha Sil” or “Queen of the Night Sky” statue was constructed to worship one of the few “good” Daedric Lords, Azura, Daedric Prince of Dusk and Dawn.
Collectible item manufacturer Gaming Heads has recreated the Shrine of Azura statue as a 1/6 scale 18″ piece. Cast in poly-stone, each statue is individually hand-finished and painted. Each unit features a hand-numbered base, full-color packaging, and a certificate of authenticity which allows the buyer to purchase the same model number in the next release for “The Elder Scrolls Shrine Series”.
The Shrine of Azura statue is limited to 750 units worldwide; pre-orders are now open through Gaming Heads, for the price of $209.99. The current release window is set for Q4 2014. Gaming Heads is also behind the amazingly detailed life-sized Kratos bust, and the “Lara Croft Survivor Statue“.
