Old rivalries never die, as the students from the Hebijo Clandestine Girls’ Academy are returning for more in Senran Kagura: Estival Versus.

New screenshots for Senran Kagura: Estival Versus revealed that the original cast of characters from the first Senran Kagura game would be present in the upcoming PS Vita/PS4 game. Not only will the five students of the Hanzo Academy return, but their old rivals from the Hebijo Cladestine Girls’ Academy will return in force, as confirmed by a new series of screenshots.

Taught by a fallen student of the Hanzo Academy, the Hebijo students represent the “dark” faction of the world’s ninjas, acting as the main antagonists of Senran Kagura: Skirting Shadows; their background was expanded upon with the release of Senran Kagura: Crimson Girls, included in the North American 3DS eShop release of Senran Kagura Burst.

Senran Kagura: Estival Versus will mark the franchise’s next-gen debut, as it is scheduled to release for the PS4 and PS Vita in Japan on 3/26.
